SUPOR Innovations acts as data controller for client data, and as data processor for end-user data.
2. Applicable regulations
Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA/UK residents.
3. Data collected
Client data: Name, email, postal address; billing information; login credentials.
End-user data: Chat messages; analysed textual content; technical information (IP addresses).

5. Retention period
Client data is retained for the entire duration of the subscription and deleted within 30 days following account closure. Conversations are deleted within 30 days following cancellation.

7. Your rights
