The nexel.ch site presents the activities, services and products offered by SUPOR Innovations under the trade name Nexel, a web agency based in Switzerland. This includes the design and development of custom websites for professionals, as well as the Clarity software service (available at clarity-ai.ch).

Clarity is a SaaS (Software as a Service) conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence, designed to automate interactions with visitors on professional websites.

All content available on the nexel.ch and clarity-ai.ch sites, including texts, interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases, source code, APIs, algorithms and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

These elements are the exclusive property of SUPOR Innovations or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, distribution, extraction, adaptation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt at reverse engineering, decompilation or unauthorised access to the Clarity services is prohibited.

SUPOR Innovations uses reasonable means to ensure the accessibility, security and proper functioning of the sites and services. However, SUPOR Innovations does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, technical malfunctions or temporary unavailability.

SUPOR Innovations cannot be held liable for indirect, intangible or consequential damages, in particular loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of clients or business interruption, resulting from the use of the sites or services.

The sites may contain links to third-party websites. SUPOR Innovations has no control over these external sites and disclaims all liability for their content, operation or availability. The presence of hypertext links does not imply any approval or validation of the content concerned.

The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the use of the sites and services is described in the Privacy Policy.

This processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for data subjects located in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
